What are the shipping costs? TOP
We do our best to keep shipping prices as low as possible for our customers. Shipping rates start at $1.99 per order depending on the item size and quantity, for US shipping addresses. Items are shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS Insured mail, choice of the customer.
International orders do cost more to ship and will be charged based on those costs. USPS First Class is an inexpensive option, however we are not responsible for lost packages in international mail. You may select the Insured option to ensure the package is tracked. Unfortunately international insured mail is costly.
When should I receive my order? TOP
Most of our items are custom made in the color and style you select. This means we need a little extra time to create the item. Most items ship in 5-7 business days and are mailed via USPS. You should receive your item(s) in 1 to 2 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us directly and we can try to meet your needs!
What is the return policy? TOP
Most of our items are made custom for our customers. Our items are made for each individual based on size, color, and style requests. These special order items can not be returned, however we do stand behind our products and want to ensure their quality. If there is a quality issue please contact us to discuss it.
Bling items are handmade. We pride ourselves on the quality of these items and will offer repair of items damaged within 30 days of purchase free of charge! These items are delicate but should hold up to normal wear and tear. Please take care in how these items are washed and worn to ensure the crystals are not compromised. If any crystals loosen or fall from the item please contact us. Bling pacifiers should be used only under supervision to ensure it does not become a choking hazard if a crystal becomes loose.
We use only authentic Swarovski crystals on our bling items and our boutique bracelets. These provide the most sparkle and shine possible! We are sure you will be pleased!
